RCEU Visits House of Hope

The water system for the House of Hope is a flagship project of the RCEU. Also in photo is Sister Lorna who discussed with the Rotarians recommendations on how to rehabilitate the system. The House of Hope is a one-hectare psychiatric custodial care facility located in Lumbia, some 14 km from Cagayan de Oro City. It is managed by the Archdiocese.
