RC CDO East Urban Garners Multiple Awards for Rotary Year 2022-2023

Rotary CDO East Urban, a club composed of passionate and compassionate women who are dedicated to serving their community, has recently garnered multiple awards for the Rotary Year 2022-2023. The club has been recognized for its outstanding contributions and achievements in various areas of service. One of the awards received by the club is the Outstanding Rotary Club Award, which highlights the club’s exceptional performance in all avenues of service. Another prestigious award received was the Most Vibrant Club Award, which emphasizes the club’s enthusiasm and involvement in various activities and projects. The club was also commended for having the Most Outstanding Club Bulletin, which showcases the club’s excellent communication skills and creativity. These awards would not have been possible without the leadership and dedication of the club’s officers. Spiderman: Far From Home Movie Screening Project

No, this is not a movie review, though it is certainly a must watch, awesome movie, but a recounting of gratitude for the success of the fund raising project of the Rotarians of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro EAST URBAN (Rotary CDO East Urban). Expert Fundraiser VP Imee van der Born and her committee were in the area as early as the time announced for the cinema doors to open. I guess this characterises the working habit of these tireless ladies! Director Jo Ana Llagas and Pres. Rosalinda Caragos were beaming with joy to see a seamless organization of the event. In the food table, because refreshments were free courtesy of Rtn. Grace Go, were the busy Rotarians distributing the delectable ensaimadas and bottled waters: PAG Arlyn Niere, PP Myrna Motoomull, PP Mavictoria G. Abogado, PP Shirley Thomas Escano, PAG/Treas. Lina Estrella Faburada (Boleen), Asst. Treas. Bebbot Chiu, Asst. Sec. Christina Malferrari Jugador, PP Rachaille Astrid Ferrer, PDS/PAG Bebotte Chu, PP Ophelia Dela Cerna, Rtn. Bing Dacudao, Rtn.
